A SINGLE CONSULTANCY SESSION IS IDEAL TO THOSE:
Needing help just with a specific room/division (ex.: o quarto de um filho no espectro do autismo, o home office para aumentar a produtividade…).
Struggling with a particular health issue wanting to optimize their spaces for recovery or better quality of life (eg. insomnia, hormonal imbalances, asthma, migraines…).
Willing to invest in new furniture or household items looking for professional advice to ensure a healthy pick (eg. a new flooring solution, mattress, vacuum cleaner, air purifier…).

How are counseling sessions scheduled?
Sessions are scheduled through the contact form on the Consulting page. You will be contacted by email to arrange the most convenient day and time for you. After payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email for the session.
What are the information and data I need to provide before the session?
After confirming the purchase of your session, you will receive an email with instructions on all the information that needs to be sent to us no later than 3 business days before the session. This allows us to conduct a careful pre-evaluation and be fully prepared for the session.
You only need to provide a brief description of your questions, an inquiry about your health conditions, some photographs, and measurements of your space. This information should be sent in response to the email. All data will be used confidentially and strictly for the purposes of the session.
What are the available times?
Available session times will be arranged directly with architect Ana Carolina Helena through the contact form. Any session held before 9 AM or after 7 PM (Lisbon time) will incur an additional fee of €20.
What is the return policy?
By making a purchase, you confirm that you agree to a policy that does not allow any returns or exchanges, even for another product from the brand. If you need further clarification, please contact us (geral@bienbati-arch.com) before making the purchase.
What if I cannot attend the scheduled date and time?
If you are unable to attend, a new date can be scheduled provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If the notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.
For 60-minute sessions, a 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this period, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be canceled without any refund. The grace period time is not compensated at the end of the session.
What if I have any questions after the session?
If you have any questions related to what we discussed during the session or about the action plan sent afterward, you can send us an email at geral@bienbati-arch.com.
I did not receive the purchase confirmation email, what should I do?
Please send us an email at geral@bienbati-arch.com with the name and email you used to make the booking so that we can investigate the situation.
Can I purchase a session as a gift for someone else?
Of course! Please send us an email at geral@bienbati-arch.com. By providing the name and email of the recipient, we can either make a booking and send a confirmation email directly to them, or issue a gift voucher that can be used within 60 days.
The session scheduling is done during the purchase. Before confirming the payment, you will be redirected to Calendly, where you can select the most convenient available date and time for you.
